Our maternal grandmom's helper, Ria doesn't cook very well. But there is one dish that I like alot and I need to give her compliments for it. :D They are tofus fried till golden yellow. These were served on the first day of lunar new year, 14 Feb. Hence I'm calling them gold bars! :D They are crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. :D
We hope Ria's cooking will blossom beautifully like the lotus in grandmom's garden in time to come! ;)
