Day 8: From Singapore, From Taichung, In Tokyo :)

Amber & 姐 are in town and we arranged to meet for dinner tonite. :) There wasn't any particular restaurant we wanna try as we had satisfied most of our cravings. After googling for suggestions, we ended up at Sabakurou Ebisu for some creative Japanese cuisine. :)

Ooo..I like the raw tableware and calligraphy placemat. :)

Every dish is as good as it looks. :)

One of my fav dish at Sabakurou Ebisu is these toastie prawn cubes. :)

Don't underestimate this fish. :)

It makes such lovely fish rice & rice porridge. 

We kept some space for coffee & desserts at the Theatre Cafe. :)

Day 6: Last Indulgence in Shanghai

Our last indulgence in Shanghai was at Shintori. Love the lofty decor, the food & the service. :)

Dining Under the Stars at Shi-Yang Teahouse (食养山房)

食养山房 is nestled amongst the mountain trails. The drive up might be a little daunting for first timers there, but it was worth every effort. The tranquility & ambience was mind blowing. This is where we would be having our dinner tonite. :)

Wu Yue Xue (五月雪）greeted us. :)

There isn't any menu & hence every dish was a surprise. :)

The dinner was incredible, and satisfied all our senses.

In case you are wondering, the dinner lasted approximately 3 hours. :)
