Ingredients (serves 4)
Half a block of Szechuan preserved veg (sliced into thinner slabs)
A packet of shredded Szechuan preserved veg for garnishing
10 chicken feets
Garlic
Fried shallots
500g of pork (sliced into strips)
Rice noodles
8 cups of water
This is how a block of Szechuan preserved veg looks like. :) Looks kind of brainy isn't it? Lol :)))

This is for garnishing. :) Before using, drain the liquid away and blanch it with hot water first.
