안녕하세요 (Hello)

Lin and I invited Allison and Donovan over for a Chinese New Year dinner. :) Ironically we decided to do Korean tonite. The recipe book, Quick and Easy Korean Cooking by Cecilia Hae-Jin Lee proved very handy. ;)

We had dinner in our little garden as the weather was pretty good. :)

I tried making Gimchi Buchingae (kimchi pancake) for the first time. :) I'll add more kimchi the next time to give it the extra crunch. :)

I marinated Boolgogi (seasoned sliced beef), Dak Gui (grilled chicken),

Dweji Boolgogi (spicy sliced pork)

and Saewoo Gui (grilled shrimp). :)

Grilling is DIY, which is good because it keeps the guests occupied. :)

Lin had craving for radish soup, so mom made some. Allison liked it very much. :)

It was great catching up with Allison & Donovan. :) Allison wanna take Koka home. :))) As for Donovan, he still dislikes dogs.... :D
