Celebrating CNY with Our Tithes Accounting Team

Our tithes team headed to GT Restaurant for CNY lunch after the church service today. :) Our team may be small but we do make efforts to bond. :)

It's our first visit and Lin & I were pretty amused by the small place & its dated, artificial floral arrangement.  :)))

Anyway, here's what we had:

Sea bass drizzled with nonya sauce, salted egg prawns and prawn paste roll (hay chor).

Stir-fried nai bai & vermicelli (it was dry & hard)

Perhaps the most interesting dish of this meal - peanut dumplings with oat in coconut milk. :)

I don't think Lin & I would be coming here again. We would prefer dining at a zhi char stall instead, for the price we paid.

Day 4: Shopping in the Woods - Ningul (Ningle) Terrace

We headed for some window shopping at Ningul (Ningle) Terrace. :) It's our last stop at Furano. Ningul Terrace is a shopping road of log houses designed by Soh Kuramoto. Everything's so pretty. ^.^

Photography wasn't allowed in the shops...What you see in my blog is only a sneak preview of the shops' array of offerings. :D

Day 4: Furano Delice

We needed some snacks after a morning of sightseeing! ^.* Furano Delice, a cafe in the woods is such a gem. :) I love the cafe's closeness to Mother nature and its cakes & pastries. *.* If we're living in Furano, you'll prob see Koka & us at the cafe very weekend. :)

Btw, Furano Delice is home of Japan's #1 milk pudding...not sure how it tasted. Gotta ask Tina who got a bottle.

We were spoilt for choice. As Wendy said, there's just too many variety, we do not know what to buy... *.*

Here're some of the hot seller items ^.^  Eggy cakes, heart chocolates & milk puddings.

We ended with a chocolate cheese cake, strawberry cheese tart, eggy cakes & heart chocolates. Yum...

Day 4: Kanno Farm

We discovered a lovely floral farm, Kanno Farm on our way to Biei. :) Oooh...

The aerial view from Kanno Farm is so pretty! :)

These prickly blooms seemed to glow! :) I like its colours in transition. :)

We love the small & dainty purple blooms too. :)
