This morning, we cabbed to Barcelona's most spectacular icon, Sagrada Familia. It's a large Roman Catholic church designed by renowned Catalan architect, Antoni Gaudi. :) The church doesn't open till 9am, giving us time to roam around the place a bit.
Our tickets to Sagrada Familia which Lin had pre-booked earlier on. :)
This masterpiece blew us away. We couldn't help gasping at Gaudi's creativity and marvelling at the workings of his brain. :)
One last pic of Sagrada Familia! :)

Hostal Grau, home to us for the week we are in Barcelona. It's nestled in a great location, and more importantly, it provided us a glimpse of Spanish houses. :)
Lin booked this place by mistake but looking at these positive reviews left by past guests, this could be a gem. :)))
Hostal Grau epitomises a typical Spanish house. Small but BIG in character...:D
Follow us for a sneak peep at our rooms :) Lin and I took the first room that is next to the entrance. :)
There's only 1 bathroom in this suite.
Stuff we bought from La Chinata earlier on. :)
A little pantry for us to do some light cooking. :) Something we will appreciate as the days go by.
Mom and Beanie are taking this room with the sofa bed. :)
Jet lag is real...better hit the sack and recharge for a day of adventure tomorrow. Good nite world. :)
