I'm not an onion person. But recently, I took a liking for fried onion eggs??? They actually go well with steamed rice or plain porridge. :)
Ingredients (serves 4):
4 eggs
1-2 onions depending on the size (I grated half the onions & sliced the other half)
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Dash of pepper
Method:
1) Add grated onions & sliced onions into a bowl of eggs
2) Beat the eggs, mixing them with the onions
3) Add the soy sauce & dash of pepper. Mix well
4) Fry the eggs like how you would do scramble eggs. Fry till the eggs are dry.
Ready to serve! ^.^ We had this with porridge for lunch today. It's quick, simple & yum. :)

Try frying the onions till it's caramelised, then pour them back into the eggs, stir till they are evenly coated with eggs and then fry the eggs with the onions inside. Even more yumssss :)
