Mom and I had a bowl of chicken laksa for lunch today. Unlike other laksas that have lots of prawns, Min Ji's laksa doesn't have any. Instead, Min Ji's laksa has lots of tender, succulent chicken, fishcakes & taopok. I really like the chicken v much. The aunty takes pride in her cooking. She cooks one pot of laksa gravy at a time so as to ensure the gravy is rich & flavourful. She also buys better quality taopok so that they can absord the laksa gravy much better. And when you bite into each taopok, the gravy just burst into your palatte. :)))
