Looking for Gold (黄金博物馆)

The Jinguashi Gold Ecological Park wasn't on Lin's itinerary. We visited nonetheless as the driver wanted us to do so, due to the rain??? 

This area is known for it's rich gold mining industry.

While I applaud the efforts to preserve & educate people on the gold mining industry, it's not a place I would like to visit. 

Other sights at the Gold Ecological Park:

Japanese inspired houses

and the Japanese Crown Prince's residence.

Visit only if you have lots of time on hand...
