Thursday lunch was chicken at The Rotisserie with Jamie. I had a quarter roasted chicken meal while Jamie settled for a chicken schinitzel meal. Juicy, succulent, tender...if only we were allowed to have one hot side dish & one cold side dish, that would have been perfect! ;)
