Musagosoba is known for their chuka-soba with dried bonito and soy sauce broth.
A seemingly fuss free bowl of ramen but great noodle texture and flavorful broth. :)
We visited Musagosoba on 20 Feb 2015 :)
Every bowl was made on the spot and served right alway. :)
Mitsue went happy snapping away. :)
The noodles were served with leeks, marinated bamboo shoots and pork.
I was happy to be eating again. :)
Beanie enjoyed his chuka-soba. :)
Mom too :)
