Saturday Nite Peranakan Fare

Check out our Sat nite Peranakan fare prepared by a 78 year old uncle! We love every single dish. They are that gooooood! :)

Mee Siam Goreng
- generous amount of prawns, eggs & tofu cubes
- springy noodles
- tasted good on it own or with the spicy sourish gravy

Balinese Chicken
- oooo so flavourful
- the chicken was tender & succulent




























Beef Rendang
- tender beef
- tasty on its own or with rice

Pineapple Fish
- sweet pineapple flavour
- a little tangy, a little spicy

Chap Chye
- for the non-spicy foodies
- best eaten first as the strong flavours of the other dishes overwhelm it

Otak with Spicy Sauce
- awesome otak meat in brinjal
- hot hot hot... even without dipping it in the spicy sauce...water please...

For the brave hearted who wanna the extra kick, try these... *.*

Nine Layer Kueh
- moist and not too sweet
