Where Are We Going Sis? (姐姐去哪?): Day 2 - Taipei -> Hohhot

Quick breakfast at Taoyuan International Airport before we board Eva Air to Hohhot. :) 

There are different types of beef noodles & I love them all. :) I can eat them at anytime of the day.

Leaving Taipei on Eva Air. The reason we opted this route is because Lin doesn't want to take China carriers. 

Our virgin flight on Eva Air was a pleasant experience.

The scene that welcomed us approximately 3-4 hours later. :)

The airport at Hohhot 呼和浩特 is a modern glassy one. :) Not quite what I expected to be. In fact Hohhot wasn't what I imagine. :)))

Today's plan is simply to check out the areas around Shangri-La. :) We took a stroll down Qing Cheng Park  (青城公园）.

We caught a glimpse of the pagoda (五塔寺).

Didn't do much today and headed back to Shangri-La for happy hour. :)

Straight after tea was dinner at Xin Cafe, Shangri-la! :))) The Mongolian heat & the walk earlier resulted in 3 hungry ladies. :)))

My pick. :)

Lin & I headed for foot reflexology after dinner. We rested early for our desert adventure tomorrow! :D
