Celebrating 人日 (Ren Ri)! :)

It's 人日 (ren ri), a day when everyone grows a year older. This makes it a good enough reason to celebrate? :))) 

Golden Peony at Conrad Hotel was fully booked and so it's hotpot at Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant for dinner tonite! :) We're loving it! :D Even more so on a rainy evening. :)

Our usual hotpot goodies:

Fish, prawns, assorted prawn & meat balls, deep fried fish skins,

shrimp dumplings, pork & chives dumplings,

beef & pork slices and noodles

vegs, mushrooms & tofus.

Mom suggested we pack the remaining broth home. My lunch for Monday is set! I shall have the broth with udon & prawns. :) Sweet.
