Clear Afternoon on 大年初三! :)

We finally had a clear afternoon on day 3 of the lunar new year & we gathered whoever was at Grandmom's place for our annual family portrait taking. Grandmom was busy in the kitchen to take any pics though... The numbers present were miserable but at least we got to snap some pics of our loved ones.

This is probably the first time I took pics of Grandmom's new year spread. :) We have two types of chicken...

Lydia is deprived of home cooked food and she downed a huge bowl of rice! :)))

After dinner, we headed to the theater with mom, Beanie, big uncle & aunt, Lydia & her parents and Aunt Alice for another CNY movie. Lin & I are never into HK's Chinese New Year movie as they are often silly. But "I Love Hong Kong" caught us by surprise. It actually did have some substance. :)
