Day 5: Season of Plum Blossoms

I thank God for opening my eyes to these beauties admist the dire state of Dali old town. :)

Instead of looking down on the potholes, broken pipes, mangled wires & cables, I chose to look up instead. ;)

Gorgeous creation of our Heavenly Father. :)

I love the willows too. :)

I hope the locals will plant more plum blossoms & willows along their new pavement when they are done with the construction. It breathes life into Dali old town. :)

This is a short stretch of pavement leading to the Laughing Lotus Inn which was spared from the construction.

Looking forward to a beautiful Dali old town, hopefully soon. *.*
