Valrhona - Degustation Grands Crus

The sky is overcast this afternoon and so I needed some perk me up! :) I attended a company's AGM some time back and they gave guests a box of Valrhona Degustation Grands Crus each. I placed them in my fridge & forgotten all about it! :))) Time to take them out to savour! ;)

Valrhona Degustation Grands Crus contains 52 dark chocolate squares - 26 Alpaco (66%) and 26 Caraibe (66%). Both are velvety. *.* Alpaco has delicate floral aroma of jasmine & orange blossom while Caraibe offers soft aroma of nuts on the palate. I can't decide which I like better. Lol :)))
