I miss the Taiwanese fare at Bellagio. Arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport, picked Vicky from Fairmont Peace Hotel & headed straight to Bellagio's outlet at Xintiandi for a scrumptious dinner. :)
One of our fav dishes is the ultra thick omelette with preserved turnips bits. It goes so well with almost anything: Porridge, rice, vermicilli etc...
The Taiwanese beef noodle was fabulous too. :) The broth was flavourful, the beef was tender & the noodles were Q. What's not to like about it? :)
We couldn't resist ordering the braised pork with eggs...

nor the wa wa veg with mushrooms. :)
It's a rainy nite but it didn't deter us from having mango & coconut shave ice and ice lemon tea! :))) We just shivered thereafter...

Ann & Tina warmed up with red bean soup and papaya with rock sugar.

Such a lovely simple dinner to kickstart our week in China. :)
