Breakfast at 海皇粥店

We had no id where to do brekkie before going to church and ended up at 海皇粥店. It was our first visit & I must say the food's pretty decent. :)

We had century egg with lean meat congee which was rather smooth. The dough fritters were quite disappointing as they were heavy & not as crisp as the Taiwanese ones.

The shrimp cheong fun with chives was quite good. ^.* There was a selection of sauces to compliment the cheong fun, but we had them in the original state.

Our verdict of the place? Well, we wouldn't take the extra effort to eat there. It's more like if we see it & there's nothing else around, then why not?
