TW Cha Chaan Teng (翠華餐廳)

Lin & I like the cha chaan teng at Sugar Street, Causeway Bay (can't remember the name). The food is good & the service is warm. It's the first stop we visit whenever we are in Hong Kong. Unfortunately during our visit last week, we realized it's no longer there. We wonder where it went to... : ( To satisfy our craving for cha chaan ting food, we went to Tsui Wah at Lan Kwai Fong instead.

We like the macaronis served in cha chaan ting. :) It's such comforting food. I usually have a glass of ice lemon tea to go with it. Lin would either have ice lemon tea or hot milk tea. The pork cutlet buns are yum too. TW does a great one! The pork cutlet's tender & the buns is toasted to perfection.

Here's a pic of us without Lin. She doesn't like to take pics in the morning as her facial muscles aren't warm up yet! Lol! *.*
