Day 2: Private Dining at Sophia's Restaurant (原创私房菜)

Sophia's Restaurant is a private kitchen, serving Shanghainese fare. :) Lin & I came here a couple of times and we quite like the food. The flavors aren't as intense as other restaurants you find in China, i.e too oily, too sweet, too salty etc etc.

Sweet & sour pork ribs (糖醋小排)

Rose petals shrimps （玫瑰虾仁)

Gongfu chicken (功夫鸡)

Crab meat tofu (蟹粉豆腐)

Seasonal local veg

Spring onion pancake (葱油饼)

Ann couldn't stop munching on it :)))

Yangzhou fried rice (杨州炒饭)

Tina...too satisfying... :)

Lin & mine only choice of beverage throughout the trip...hot water with lemon...
