Sharing Your Country's Yum with Friends in Class

Everyone in Alecia's kindergarten class was required to bring one of his/her country's yum to class last Thurs. Isn't it brilliant if the kids could have a little taste of Singapore? :) And so we helped her prepare sandwiches with some Singapore flavours: kaya, kaya with butter and seaweed & sesame pork floss. ^.*

We made the sandwiches on Thurs morning itself. Lin woke me up real early at 7am??? : (
Lin, Mary & I resembled production workers. Lol :))) Lin sliced the bread into quarters, Mary & I applied the spread. :D

阿姨 made Alecia a pretty strawberry & cheese toast and Alecia's role was to finish her brekkie quickly as her school bus picks her up at 8.30am everday! ;)

We made about 28-30 servings of Singapore flavoured sandwiches in less than an hour for two kindergarten classes. Mary carefully labelled each box as requested by the teacher. :)
Tada! And we were all packed & ready to go! :D
