Sichuan Dining at South Beauty 俏江南

South Beauty on the 10F of Super Brand Mall serves excellent Sichuan & Cantonese cuisine with awesome view of the Bund (if you book the private rooms). :) We were not seated in the private room and hence I didn't capture any pics of the bund. : I We did enjoy our dinner nonetheless. :)

We fell in love with the lettuce drizzled with peanut sauce! I'm gonna try to make it! :D

The highlight of the meal was beef cooked in oil & hot stone, right before our eyes. :)

We were each given a quarter piece of bread to soak the oil of the yums before consuming them. You can ask for another piece of bread if your piece of "sponge" is completely soaked. :)

The mushrooms soup was lovely too. We had 2-3 helping each. ^.*

The dumplings in chilli oil were pretty smooth & silky. :)

I didn't quite enjoy the pan fried buns becos I was too stuffed. We doggy bag the remaining and had them the next morning. They were actually delish... :)))

Lin was fascinated with the amount of red chillis South Beauty had at their entrance. :) And so we snapped a pic of her with the chillis before calling it a day! Lol! :)))
