Day 1: Ohayo! Brunch at Matsuya, Kansai

I had wanted to blog while we were on the road. Brought our lappie along, but realized our hectic travel schedule does not permit me to do so... :))) Lin prepared a 34-page itineary for us! :))) So here's the start of my delayed postings... ;)

The heat greeted us when we stepped out of the plane. : O Oh my, oh my... It was a red eye flight from Singapore to Kansai. We still had about 3-4 hours before our next flight to Sapparo. So we freshened up a little and headed to Matsuya at Aeroplaza for brunch. :)

We placed our orders through a vending machine. Each meal cost below JPY 600, which is pretty economical. :)

Lin tried Matsuya's signature hamburger set. It came with rice, sunny side up, miso soup and salad. :) Wholesome!

Mom, Tina, Wendy and I had sliced beef bowls while Yahui had a beef bowl with raw egges. I have no idea what Beanie had though. ^.^

We tried to spice up our rice bowls with condiments provided at the table. Yum yum!

The meal served as an energy booster for us. Everyone's satisfied with a filling brunch. Lol! :)))

We were also given a visual treat while heading back to the airport to get onto our next flight to Sapparo. There was a compeition by various dance groups for Osaka Mecha Happy Festival! :D Such a lively start to our summer vacation! :D Happy happy happy!
