Lin kept telling Wendy and I that we would be visiting Biei. Somehow both of us couldn't internalize what Biei is all about. Lol! :))) Ok, anyway I went to read up about it. According to Wiki, Biei (美瑛町, Biei-chō) is a town located in Kamikawa (Ishikari) District, Kamikawa, Hokkaidō, Japan. As of 2007, the town has an estimated population of 11,313 and a density of 16.7 persons per km². The total area is 677.16 km². Biei is famous for its views of wide fields and hills, and is used as a backdrop for many Japanese commercials and TV programmes. Now I kind of get it. Hahahha... :)))
The bumpy road we were travelling on before seeing these green patches... ;)
The roadside wheats looked good too! :)))
We visited Ken & Mary too!
Ken & Mary is actually a tree! :D
We love the white floral fields and... ^.*
...patchy fields. :)
